Somebody has asked how to connect to Sify broadband connection on linux:
Here is how to: (works on all versions)
after you configure your network card with ip , gateway & dns & eth0 is up
visit this site.
http://202.144.10.89:81/login.php ;(Before Logging in to sify)
and downlaod linux dialer. Untar into a directory say 'sifybb'
From that dirctory run ./install.sh
