The tarred file can now be accessed from :
http://www.chennailug.org/wiki/Image%3ABash_session1.tar.bz2.jpg

Looks like there are constraints to uploading.
Seems to accept only file with image file extensions.

So, I *cheated* by adding a ".jpg" extension
and uploaded my file.

Can't this constraint be removed ?

Yes. This is the job of Sridhar(administrator). He can change the
extensions that can be uploaded.
