[Ilugc] GNU doubt

Basically you need to go with more restrictive of the Open Source 
licensing scheme. 
Artistic License falls under that category.  Even if they modify and 
sell your software for
90 or for free you always going to get the credit and any further 
release of your software
will only go through you.  I dont see any other way you can stop them 
from reselling until
and unless you explicitly make it a closed source one.
