Database is not required.  We can put the list in the wiki page.  
The wiki will be probably ready in next week or two.

Presently the cds4grabs is replaced by the new list (Thanks SK). 
Myself and Sridhar is trying to add Wiki support to our ILUGC Site. 
Hopefully, this will be ready by next one/two week(s).
