Please post the hardware on which you have tried puppy
linux..I have tried puppy linux on P-3 with 128Mb ram..It worked
fine...And in my P4-2.4 with 512MB RAM it was really very fast...But
small linux are made with the thought that they will be used in old
computers.. Puppy linux and many other small size linux can be used to
rEuse the old computers..Thus reducing Ewaste..If we can make a h/w
list on which puppy/small linux works fine then it would be very
helpful to those who want to reuse their old computers..
One more useful site is http://www.leenooks.com..It has the list of
Linux Incompatible hardwares. I used before I got my digital camera :]
