[Ilugc] Help in configuring NFS for network instalation

hi,
           I am trying to install ubuntu from Redhat to a system connected
thro' network.
           I am trying with PXEOS ...
           But i cant share the image partition...


pxeos -a -i "Ubuntu" -p NFS -D 0 -s 172.20.31.122 /media/cdrom/ ubuntu
You must enter directory of the Operating System Software
This directory must include the images/pxeboot directories
Error Mounting: mount: 172.20.31.122:/ubuntu/diskless/image failed, reason
given by server: Permission denied
