Me too had the same prob but that's for Tamil.when i tried to open the page
in firefox it worked.!! In chrome it doesn't worked.so first check whether
it works in firefox.Then try installing some hindi fonts then try again.At
last try to change settings in your browser(chrome). change the encoding
type to unicode(UTF-8).That's what i tried when i faced this prob in ubuntu.
