[Ilugc] How to Create My own customized ubuntu iso

Hi,
I want to fully customize ubuntu.Boot screen,log in screen,splash
screen,adding/removing softwares everything to my flavour.I already
read about UCK.But i want an easy to follow tutorial regarding all.I
hope such one is there in the net.
I m dying to get the tutorials and some help.Pls help me to make it...
