[Ilugc] How to block files extentions like .pif, .exe etc.,

Dear all,

Iam using cobalt qube3 server for mail and browsing.
for mail iam using sendmail and fetchmail. i would
like to block the following file types.
a) *.pif
b) *.exe
c) *.scr
d) body.zip
e) *.rtf
f) *.cpl
g) *.js

Please help me in configuring in sendmail. iam
receiving alot of virus/worms
