why are you doing this at the server end?? Do it in your working copy and
then
commit to the server. Never ever do anything directly on the server end
apart
from initial creation - unless it is some admin task.
and please do not address individual members in a mail to the group.

Initially I dont have a *.svn* directory in the SVN repositary i created
Recently,
in server I am not able to create a Trunk and tag and branches please
Because of the last login user in svn repositary via http authentication (
in Linux Server ) still cache its user name and password i try to create a
trunk and branches and tag
I have no idea of creating this via client working copy i try to create a
trunk but its not stored in repositary
Please share to clear that username and password in a cache
