I try to create a directory in svn server
svn mkdir http://192.168.1.5/project/svn/trunk -m ;'initial dir
creation'
Reports 403 forbidden mkactivity i found no permission in
this , and i found username and password is in cached in the svn server of
Linux I want to clear it
so I google it and i found the Hook scripts is the main reason (for
author with authentication via http in svn server )
so i changed the pre-revprop-change.tmpl into pre-revprop-change with
executed permission what can i do next how to clear the cached username
and password
I want to fix this

( root users are not able to create a dir in the repositary now i have a
fear if i run in server side what happen to my repositary information, if
this is happen , i am not able to take the backup of repositary if any
body has idea in these please share it )
