[Ilugc] How to create yahoogroups like site?

If i am right, mailman provides only one group mail id. Please correct
me if i am wrong.
You can create any number of groups with Mailman.
Regarding building an interface with an external site, it is also possible.
ilugcbe mailing list is actually ilugcbe at googlegroups.com but still
adminstered through Mailman.
