Yes, there are tools to reverse engineer Zend Guard encoded/obfuscated
code -- downloadable software like deZender ( zendecode.com ) and
online decompiler services like showmycode.com. However, these aren't
open source products and most of them are commercial. I would
personally avoid using any code that implements obfuscation as a means
for IP protection.
