[Ilugc] How to get a linux admin job?

My company is going to implement Fedora-20 (after its final release on
December 10th 2013) based FOSS Lab setup in 300+ Engineering colleges
across Tamilnadu in between January 2014 - February 2014. I am in need of
atleast 20+ volunteers to complete the work during the above said period.
I am preferring freshers with RHCE certification with no prior experience
(that's why I am writing this mail in ILUGC).
If freshers are willing to join in this initiative, they are almost
welcome. Free training and Good remuneration will be paid to them.
Please don't hijack the thread - even though your reply may be related
but it does not come under the same context I feel. Please write a new
mail and add "Commercial" tag in the subject line.
