Nothing is wrong in preparing, but a lot is wrong in `preparing' by
merely
looking up the question papers etc., IOW knowing how to answer the
questions asked is not the same as knowing the issues these
questions deal with.
This sort of `preparation' is bad enough when it comes to Technical
subjects, but even for HR questions people come `prepared' with
canned answers.
For example, it is very very likely that the OP answered quite
a few questions on his career plans and why he chose Novell
as part of his HR interview :-)
