[Ilugc] Huawei E1731 data-card driver for Ubuntu

On Ubuntu there is NO need to install drivers. Just plug in the Huawei 
dongle in USB port and goto 'Edit Connections'. Goto Mobile Broadband 
section and I think you will see Huawei something there. Edit settings 
if any and connect.
