That was Lotus SmartSuite.
Looks like they have an old product they don't want to maintain, that's got
outdated and they're now throwing it out but getting some PR from it.

  
This looks like Notes 8 without the collaboration parts. It is basically 
Eclipse which embeds OpenOffice inside it. Looks very pretty but rather 
slow.
