I used to connect using Tata Indicom WLL service till last month. I must say
that their billing department personnel are fraudulent. A big story about
it.
Currently, I'm using BSNL netone dialup connection (postpaid), and I find it
good enough for checking e-mails and surfing websites though. I get speeds
of about 4 KB/sec on average.
