Hi Friends,Jaya Engg. College Celebrates Sofware Freedom Day \'07 on 14th sep
2007 at college premises, Thiruninravur, near Avadi, Chennai.We are formally
inaugurate the JAYA FOSS CLUB in the morning and launching
our jayafossclub website officially by Prof. Dr. C.N. Krishnan, Director,
AU-KBC Research Centre and Co-ordinator, National Resource Centre for Free and
Open source Software, MIT Campus, Anna University.We are cordially inviting you
all for the celebration, because without your support and help we cant
make it. So i need your valuable presence to our campus for the
celebrations.We have invited few colleges to participate in this. We have
planned various events to familiarise the foss among students of
various discipline. The events are Technical talk on open source
technology by our students and we expecting few ilugc memebrs, debate
on Opensource and propritory(ilugc memebrs also can participate),
Open Source Quiz,
demos and other events.We have planned to put banners which carries open
source related messages in various places in the city. We would
like to celebrate in a grand maner, please tell us your valuable sugession and
ideas to make the program as grand success.Once again we are inviting you all
