While there are many in the list who may be able to respond, I would
suggest two names (have cced this mail so that you could contact them)
Mr Indranil Dasgupta -- I think he is based in Pune / Mumbai area now
(Indranil, pl confirm)
Mr Senthil Anand, AU-KBC Research Centre, MIT Campus of Anna University,
Chennai.
There are others -- e.g., Mr Bhaskar, Mr. Thyagu, etc. in Chennai area --
have been involved in a wide range of FOSS packages. The two I mentioned
have done major Koha implementations (e.g., at WBUT Univ etc -- Indranil ;
Tamil Nadu state libraries -- Senthil)
