[Ilugc] Lightweight CMS

Hi,

I am  looking for a very  very light weight CMS  with  installed 
footprint to be around 3Mb or so. Prime usage would be in  using
it as a portal. Should be good (read decent) looking. LAMP based.

Any pointers ?
