[Ilugc] Limit display of other users process

Hi

How to limit display of other users process ?

If you log in as a normal user and do a ps -aux you can display all the 
process running on the machine including root. How can I as a root stop 
this as I feel its a security threat. It should display only users 
process. Any solution ?
