Linux and Tamil Computing will be introduced in TN Matriculation curriculum.
[ 2005 and above ]
Tamil computing starts from 6th Std onwards , which includes Keyboard Layout
Trans-literation, Tamil web browser, email, Tamil web page creation, unicode,
Tamil DTP packeges.
Under Linux it is, introduction, File management, file security.
I have given suggestions to introduce OpenSource and Free Software concepts.
let us wait and see.
