I am using mandriva 2007 with realtek hd sound card. it has been configured
and i cud play dvds. But I couldnt get DTS Effect. all the speakers are
giving same amount of audio! rest is good.

versions ibdvdcss, xine, mplayer etc
2. Mp3 plays out of the box
3.3D Desktop is stunning (Most talked about feature of Mandriva 2007)
In other versions of Mandriva, Kubuntu, Suse there are some bugs.(In
3D Mode XGL_compiz),
Video (DVD, TV tuner) doesn't work. Here it works superbly.
Note: I have ATI Radeon Xpress 200 built in, in Intel 101 Mother Board.
