Does this mean the proxy has to support CONNECT's to port 25? I
don't
think anyone will allow this..
AFAIK lots of proxies do. This is a workaround we were using when
gaim was known as gtkyahoo !
you can try doing "telnet scs.msg.yahoo.com 25" from your machine.if
that works then gaim will definitely work.
