Problem: I am trying to install httpd in CentOS-5.5, but getting missing
depency problem with this.

 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Ok solved! Solution:

1. Remove current httpd
2. Install mod_ssl ( httpd-2.2.17-jason.1 installed ).
