[Ilugc] Re: Mouse problem in Debian

Hi!
Recently I installed Debian 3.1.
When I go CLI from GUI (console terminal) and come back to GUI my mouse
freezes. It works only when I open a new application. Why?

How to upgrade to KDE 3.4
