[Ilugc] Need info in owner of twitter.com/ilugc

I think I asked about this on an earlier occasion too. Nobody responded. If
the owner doesn't respond this time too, I think you can contact the Twitter
folks and ask it to be re-assigned. Something related to their 'verified
account' feature, I suppose. Since nobody seems to be using it, we will have
an easier time convincing them, I think.
