A small info..
the Realtek RL8139 ethernet problem is solved.. the below commands will make
the 8139too driver work correctly..
ifconfig eth0 down
rmmod 8139too
modprobe 8139too media-0x01
dhcpcd
thats all.. dhcpcd(or dhclient) will take care everything..
