There was a initiative from Mr.Pratap Kumar Ex MC, He has taken an
initiative from his ward development fund to setup a computer centre.
Very Good Initiative, Is it by any chance F/OSS is going to exist their. If
yes then it's excellent. Please let us know what they want in their system

I went
over there and had a brief chat with him. There is a place (approx 150).
I think 6 system can be accommodated in that place if we stretch it to the
extend then we can 8 system's.
The
place has electricity facility.There is NO computers. Mr. Pratap Kumar is
eager in making this computer centre to work.
I learnt from Mr.Pratap, that the centre needs computers
I have some suggestions here, instead of going for an assembled system,
they can look for banded one. I prefer Dell, if I want to buy one myself,
but not sure they are selling with free dos without windows in desktop
level.
