[Ilugc] Not receiving mails but only ILUGC digest?

Hi,

I am only receiving ILUGC digest hence unable to  participate in technical
discussions and mails within this group - I am not sure which settings to
invoke the same?

Is there something outside my id configuration that needs to be enabled -
if so can the owner please probe into it.
