The initial list (v0.2) that I had created specifies a
volunteer for many areas.
The volunteer must be specified for *single* area where he resides
(exceptions are multiple residences, work area, etc...). But he/she
must not be listed under nearby areas, as the vistors could always
judge the nearby areas and this could avoid the integrity of
information on next update. What a visitor does is to look at the
areas which are 'nearby' to him.
If many (who are crowded near) had listed ther name under different
locations, this would cause some confusion when choosing the
volunteer. (think about it)
