They are also in a way fork from Compiere like Adempiere difference is
Compiere and Openbravo got funded and Adempiere is going to stay a community
project , i think extra care is required in cases like these to dig bit more
and know what we are promoting, sticking to Community licenses  instead of
Hybrid ones is a good practice for an exercise like yours.
