I am trying to create a new blog in wordpress.com
But it is giving the following error while registering.

that we can fix it.
Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL,
otherwise we can not fix it

In forums, they say to clear the browser cache.
Did it.
Even, the new blog creation fails.
Did any one face the same issue?
Do anyone have a fix for this?
