Points to add:
* In case of a seminar / workshop, collect the slides from presenters and
archive it at a common place. If necessary / permissible distribute them to
the participants / community.
* To facilitate people to reach without much hassle, location co ordinates
may be provided. (People with GPS may make use of it).
If possible, a route map (with Boarding Points / Bus No. / Railway station
/ Train ) from important locations may also be provided to participants .
(For instance, for Chennai, routes from Chennai Central / Egmore /
Koyambedu)
(This may help people from other cities to reach destination)
P.S: The points I mentioned are just suggestions, not mandatory requirements
