[Ilugc] [OT] ILUGC Tour

How many ilugc physical volunteers?
Knowing this we can figure out rest of the other things.
How many students will be there?
Usually, for a classroom/lab training with 40-50 students,
2-3 people is enough.
Hope we can get these 2-3 volunteers for sure.
Raman already agreed.
Count me in.
Hope you also will be there?
How many more volunteers we need?
