Yes. but only to an extent.
I would still like to differentiate between say, Zero kilometers per hour
and Zero Votes in a constituency. :-)

(Interesting, Zero is the same in any currency!!!).

It is not correct to put a unit for Zero. That was what Professor Ananthan
used to say.
We must say, "Speed of the cricket ball is Zero" and not "Zero Km/Hr" or
"Zero m/s".
If we extend that logic here, one must actually say price is Zero and not
ascribe
a unit to that Zero by saying Zero Rupees/Dollars.
