If that notebook is still under warranty, sending it to gateway is the
only option you got.
It is. I got it in May.
Having any other non gateway entity poke into the notebook is going to
invalidate your laptop's warranty.
I have actually don't that. Well, there is no seal or anything like. So I am
just hoping I don't :-(
I have to ship it Gateway. They can ship it back to some US address only.
And someone has to ship it back. I didn't want to take the route and I was
hoping ABM could fix it.
