[Ilugc] [OT] M.Sc FOSS Final Semester Project

I am one of the student and now I am in the final semester (project sem).
My IT background is full of Linux administration and not a programmer. But
in this semester I need to do a project in any open source technology.
Creating something new will be a nice project.
Dont afraid to write programs, even though you are a sysadmin.
Hope you have tought programming also in M.Sc FOSS.
I have a requirement for wikipedia commons using openphoto.
