Any domain registrar will allow name server changing option(and other domain
control options), else they cant host their site at all :)
In domains.webspace2host.com also all the standard options are there.
But what Sam Sharma asks is Managed DNS option i.e. option to add A record,
CNAME record etc... and domain forwarding options.
These are additional services which are usually charged extra by any domain
registrars.
These options will generally be available free thro CPanel/WHM by the web
space providers.
