I have few suggestions.
1. Test it under different browsers. It should render
the same across all different browsers. (Test it on IE
as well!)
2. The menu on the top has a mouse-hover effect of
highlighting the menu and underlining it as well.
Highlighting the menu would be enough (no need to
underline it)
3. Looks like you have used tables for your layout. I
would recommend changing that to layouts using CSS.
There are loads of information on the web for creating
layouts with CSS.
4. I may be asking for too much, but you could
consider a "Web 2.0" look too ;)
