[Ilugc] PHP setup in Etch

1. As Kumar replied, you need libapache2-mod-php5
2. Open your browser and try "
http://localhost/first.php";
Suggestion: Instead of putting things into /var/www and trying it out,
use a VirtualHost to some location in your /home dir so you can just
work from there without worrying much about permissions or moving the
files to /var/www every time (and su'ing to do the same).
