My requirement is to connect a PSTN telphone ( POTS ) telephone to the PC.
The PC can can have either a PCI board ( containing a RJ-11 interface ) or can
be a USB device ( again containing a RJ-11 ) interface.
I will connect the PSTN phone to the RJ-11 interface and make calls through the
Internet.
My question here in
(i) Is there any PCI / USB VoiP boards available in chennai ?
Please also let me know the Linux or freebsd drivers available for these boards
?
(ii) I know there is a IPJ ( Internet phone jack PCI board ) available for this
purpose. But could not locate the dealers in chennai ? Anybody who is aware of
this please let me know ?
