No. I can collect the feedbacks and pass it to them.
Is the deadline for such comments (posted via e-mail) 29-Sep ?
I don?t know. Let me check with ELCOT. I am NOT sure, How much
importance the NIC will give for individual?s comments send thru
email. So I feel, it is better send it thru ELCOT.
