Hi Soumya,
If you want to participate in fossconf as a delegate, you still need to
register as delegate in the website[1]. Though this might not be
strictly followed, this might be helpful in knowing how many and what
kind of people are attending the conference. Once you register as
delegate, your name will appear in this list[2] May be registered
delegate might be getting some goodies ;)
