much time it will take to update in other servers ?

Depends on the TTL (time to live) specified for that dns record in the
nameservers authoritative for your domain.

For example we have an 8 hour TTL for our MX records (before changing
them we'd drop the ttl to about two hours and then publish the mx record
with lowered ttl for about a day).

mail.com.               8H IN MX        10 mail-com.mr.outblaze.com.
mail.com.               8H IN MX        20 mail-com-bk.mr.outblaze.com.
