Actually it does matter. Right now Mono and Rotor developers can claim
that theirs is a clean room implementation of the .NET framework (that is,
it is not contaminated by any code borrowed from MS's .NET framework).
It will be difficult in the future to make that assertion now that the
.NET framework code is available for viewing.
