hai my dear respected frinds,i do my project in Network Simulator-2[NS2],i
need help to implement in Tcl coding...

For-Recover node failure in overlay multicast by proactive method in NS2

First Install NS 2 in your linux box.
Learn NS2 concepts and codings.
Learn TCL
Then study the concept you said, understand it.
Simulate the said concept in NS2.
