AFAIK, there is no way to remove the isolinux loading message (at the most, you
can clear the message as soon as isolinux boot env. is up by setting up a
'display' filename). Setting the kernel parameter does not help because the
message is shown up /before/ the kernel even loads.
In any case, it is a good thing to at least have that message show up so that
you know whether your boot media is working (as opposed to any other issues you
might have if you face problems booting off the media).
Further more, since you already have BIOS messages popping up, on most systems,
over which you have not control, i don't the the big issue with the one extra
line that iso/syslinux shows.
