what about something which uses html5....
I think this is fairly simple thing and plain javascript should be enough.
CSS3 should be enough for the fading transitions.
And, HTML5 is a very broad term that includes a lot of new features and I
don't know which part you are talking about. The term is often loosely used
and even CSS3 is said to come under the umbrella term. Did you mean HTML5
canvas?
yes few of those features , i become one of there users most of the time i
depend on people who are good at making them like
